Blackbaud Credentials Not Working

Specifically, if you have already received your Blackbaud credentials, but the password isn't working.



Ensure that you are on the correct website for Blackbaud: https://sis.ucci.edu.ky


Try not to mix our two platforms: Blackboard and Blackbaud and ensure the correct credentials are being typed in.


Blackboard is for accessing the courses you have registered to and the assignments your instructor has assigned.

Blackbaud is mainly used for accessing your transcripts, billing, and most importantly registering for your classes.


Your credentials should be similar to the following if these details had already been sent to you, example: 


Blackbaud Username: LastNameFirstName[Sometimes Numbers]

Blackbaud Password: [Password]


If you have already tried the previous, please send an e-mail to [registrar@ucci.edu.ky] and they should get back to you as soon as possible with your credentials.


If you have yet to receive a response from [registrar@ucci.edu.ky], please give them up to 1-2 business weeks.
