Please give us up to 1-2 weeks to gather your credentials which will eventually be sent to your personal email you used when you registered.
If it has been longer than 1-2 weeks for you to receive your credentials, please enter an [Urgent] ticket specifying that it is Blackboard you require assistance with and detailing your name and personal email.
