Specifically, if you have already received your blackboard credentials, but the password isn't working.
Ensure that you are on the correct website for Blackboard: https://ucci.blackboard.com
Try not to mix our two platforms: Blackboard and Blackbaud and ensure the correct credentials are being typed in.
Blackboard is for accessing the courses you have registered to and the assignments your instructor has assigned.
Blackbaud is mainly used for accessing your transcripts, billing, and most importantly registering for your classes.
Your credentials should be similar to your email if these details had already been sent to you, example:
Email Username: JDoe1231@ucci.edu.ky
Email Password: [Password]
If you have already tried to enter these credentials on Outlook and Blackboard and they continue not to work, please enter a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
